The USA Labels Criticism of War Crimes a Crime!

The USA government branded criticism of Israel a punitive crime. Therefore, Francisco Albanese -the UN Rapporteur on Palestine is sanctioned by the US government for her criticism of the Israeli war crimes. Recently, Francesca Albanese described the Israeli war crimes as apocalyptic and the cruelest war crimes after World War II. Such truth telling became a big crime in the USA. The US also  punished the International Criminal Court (ICC) for putting Israel under trial. The USA government also punished the BRIC countries by imposing more tariffs for recently condemning the war crimes in Gaza and the attack on Iran in their recent meeting in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. The USA also labels standing against Israeli war crimes as terrorism. The US Secretary of State Mr. Marco Rubio labelled Francisco Albanesea a supporter of terrorism. Thus the US sanctifies the war crimes and criminalises the genuine resistance.

Such imposition of sanctions exposed the moral bankruptcy of the US leaders. They lost the moral compass to figure out the right from the robust wrong. This shows their ethical incompetence to condemn even the ugliest war crimes on the earth -as are being committed in Gaza. It is a great shame for the US as a whole. Thus the US government disqualifies itself to be a genuine global leader. They can only add more disgrace to human history. It is a moral obligation to find alternatives.

The US government considers criticism of Israel a criticism of the US. Such a decision shows that the USA government considers the Israeli war a US war and the Israeli policy as a USA policy. This is why the US government is not ready to tolerate any criticism of Israeli war crimes and its policies. Since the US and Israeli policies go together, they could go together to the war against Iran. It also shows that the war criminals can’t tolerate any criticism of the fellow criminals -let alone punishing the criminals. They want full impunity for every crime they commit. This is why the US government condemned and sanctioned the International Criminal Court (ICC) for the indictment of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu for his war crimes.

The US policy is so much biased and so much deprived of morality, humanity and civic sense that it shows concern only for the security of Israel and not for the Palestinians.  They recognise the right of the Israelites to have a state but do not give such a right for the Palestinians. The US policy makers totally lost the moral faculty to see the gross injustices and cruelties that are now the common practice of the Israel government. Israel has now imposed starvation to cause physical annihilation of the Palestinians. Every day the Israeli Army is killing the starving people who were tempted to assemble to collect food.

The Israel government now pleads for a forceful ethnic cleansing of the Palestians from Gaza Strip. They consider every man, woman and child a security threat for Israel. So they want to annex Palestine-free Gaza. Many of the US policy makers support such a policy. Those who sponsor the genocidal war crimes and wholesale destruction in Gaza, it is not unlikely that they will find enough reasons to support such ethnic cleansing, too.      

It is a pity that the world is now hostage to these powerful immoral thugs who have no respect for human lives and moral values. So the on-going massive genocide and wholesale destruction of Gaza for about 2 years could be acceptable to them. The US is not alone in supporting Israeli war crimes, the UK and the EU are also party to that. Such a policy towards Israel proves that these Western leaders still nurture the same mindset that could justify the brutal occupation and genocidal ethnic cleansing of the indigenous people of the colonised countries in the past. The world has changed, but these imperialistic thugs haven’t changed an iota from their past moral perversion. Rather, their current technological supremacy has multiplied their skills to commit more occupation, war crimes and more plunder. Therefore, they are a real threat to world peace.

It is very shocking and a great shame that the 400 million Arabs failed to stand with the people of Palestine. The capital cities of the Arab countries stay silent; no protest and no condemnation against Israel is visible there. The rulers of the Gulf States could only show their ugly skills of flattery to appease President Donald Trump -the key sponsor of the Israeli war crimes.

The US provides all necessary weapons of mass destruction and genocide to Israel. Instead of condemning such US collaboration in Israeli crimes, the Gulf rulers donated a trillion of US dollars to this friend of Israel. These Arab rulers are only concerned about their own security and not for the Palestinians. Rather, they condemn the Palestinians for their resistance against the Israeli occupation. It is a great betrayal of their Islamic duty that will badly stain their faces in history.      

Everyone of mankind has a duty. It is the time to act. A human must prove his or her own humanity by playing the role against the criminals. While under attack, silence and inaction are no option; in Islam, these are also crimes. Silence and inaction will encourage criminals to commit more crimes. Criminals must be called criminals; and war crimes should be called war crimes. It is the time to sanction the US and its allies who are complicit in the Israeli war crimes. It could be a moral, political and economic sanction. Boycott of business products and non-cooperation can be tools.

We all possess some power to do something. Allah SWT is reading our minds and watching our deeds. We must stay united. At least we can raise our voice and awaken others. These criminals must not go unpunished. It will be our collective failure -if these wild war criminals go unpunished. We must explore means to punish these war criminals. We must pay the necessary price for making the world safe. Otherwise, we all will suffer together. 09/07/2025
